External Wall Insulation, Rochester Street & Corkwell Street, Chatham ME4
This project involved applying EPS external wall insulation across two adjoining properties at 180–182 Rochester Street and Corkwell Street in Chatham.
Our team installed grey insulation boards, mesh-reinforced base coats, and finished with a breathable white silicone render, achieving a unified and modernised look. The result is a pair of energy-efficient homes with vastly improved aesthetics and protection against damp and thermal bridging.
