External Wall Insulation, Gillingham, Kent
At 107 Britton Street, we applied full EPS external wall insulation with mechanical fixings to improve the thermal performance of this brick extension.
The build-up included a reinforced base coat and mesh, followed by a crisp white silicone render for a durable, breathable finish. This upgrade not only reduced heat loss but also completely modernised the rear and side façades of the home.
